 The Department of Library and Information Science arranged "பரிசு மழை" stall in SPGR Meeting hall on 21.01.2023 and 192 prizes distributed to the winners of various game events.  Nearly 1200 parents and students visited our stall.

Project focuses on enhancing students reading skills while also guiding them with career options.

Objective

There are many benefits of reading books, including intellectual and psychological capacity increase. Every single book you read offers you endless opportunities of exploring and learning new ideas. When you read, you gain information and knowledge and you have a plethora of other benefits as well. Project Premkumar is a remarkable project of Rotary District 3212 which focuses on encouraging the students and enhancing their reading skills while also guiding them with career options.

            The Department of Library and Information Science is going to organize “VVVC BOOK EXHIBITION - 2022” on 22.12.2022 in our college premises by inviting book vendors from different places.  The venue is O.M.S.S.S.Raja Manicka Nadar – O.M.S.R. Ganesan Multipurpose Hall and time is from 09.30 a.m. to 05.00 p.m.          The faculty members and students may purchase books for their departments during this exhibition.  All are cordially invited.
