Dear users,
STEPS TO CAPTURE SCREEN USING ZAPGRAB
Just download the freeware especially ZAPGRAB in your system and place the icon in the desktop.
Click on ZAPGRAB icon and click GRAB.
Go to screen where you want to capture.
Block the screen
That's all. Your screen is captured.
Go to the place where you want to paste (for example in MS-Word or Excel or anywhere) and choose Paste from the Edit menu.
This software is very useful for capturing the screens during presentations.
